IDA HENLEY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWYER & STRATEGIST

Ida is in her final year of law school at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS.  She is an Associate Editor and Social Media Coordinator of the Law Review, and also a member of the Moot Court Board.  Her current academic and professional interests focus on intellectual property issues in social media.

Athletics

Ida played Division I field hockey at The College of William and Mary. She also coached the state championship team at St. Catherine’s School in Richmond, VA in 2011. As a child, Ida received her 3rd degree black belt in karate, earned the title “World Champion” three times in her age group, and appeared on ESPN multiple times.

Baseball

MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL

Ida worked for the Richmond Flying Squirrels Minor League Baseball team, AA to the San Francisco Giants, for 2 seasons in 2012 & 2013. Along with her full-time gig as a Corporate and Group Sales Executive, one of her many nightly game responsibilities was dragging the field as a “Dancing Drag Queen.”

Ida hails from Richmond, Virginia. She is following in the footsteps of her father who practices law in Richmond.
